Mod's can probably tell, but most of the scammers are probably American. As someone that travels to lots of places outside the US, Rokslide is a MF to access. Most VPNs are blocked as are IPs outside western countries, and it's quite a bit a trouble to access. Annoying as hell, but possible.

Yea Im in Asia and South America several or more times a year and generally rokslide blocks it.
