I'm thinking about trying one of these arrows this year.

Anybody have a few they are looking to get rid of? 330 spine.

Also any input on your experience with the three would be great....

We have all three in stock at our shop.

FMJ = $11 ea or $132 Dozen
Carbon Injexion = $12 ea or $144 Dozen
FMJ Injexion = $15 ea or $180 Dozen

This is my personal opinion only, those are good shafts, they are some of the most consistent shafts on the market, but for me I just could never see shooting these because of the limitations with your FOC. I like to be 14-15 % with fixed heads and that's just not possible for me in the 340 spine. I changed to the axis shaft last year and it fits exactly where I want it to be 14.6 Foc, 475 grains. With a 50 grain insert and 125 grain head. The deep six really limits your head selection, although It is growing.

I really like the carbon injextions. I dont have any experience with fmj or fmj injextions. I went away from the carbon injextions as of late. All all because of spine. My ideal spine for my setup is about a .305 Dont get me wrong I was able to make the .330 injextion spine fly good but the axis in .300 spine tuned better. I also like the deep six....so I'm using the axis shaft with the deep six insert. It weights 25 grains( a little heavier) hence a little more foc. Just my experience......

What length do you need?

I currently shoot .340 FMJ. 28 inch shaft. I just bought a dozen FMJ Injexions and have only cut three of them. I'm going to compare them to my regular FMJ and see what I think.

Right now I have the Injexions cut 27inces, VAP penetrator insert, and I use 125gr heads. These are 479gr finished with an FOC of 13.66 I have Blazers on one of them and Vantec 3 inch super spines on the other two. Going to see how these fly.

The Penetrator inserts are 33gr, currently using the first generation insert. The new Penetrators weigh 50gr and I'm going to buy some of those so I can up my total arrow weight and FOC and compare these.

I have my arrows cut between 28 & 28.5. Still trying to find the right length.

Seems to me if I use the VAP outserts I can get my FOC up above 14% compared to ~13% without. Also allows me to shoot my BH of choice.

I'm personally not a huge fan of outserts. I have never tried the vap but shot gold tip kinetics with the GT outserts and was really unhappy with them. I'm sure for one shot in an animal they would work fine but for constant shooting they just don't seem durable enough for me.

I have used the Camo FMJ 340s for like 7-8 years now with 125 grn various heads. Amazingly consistent and strong arrows. Bought 2 dozen more on Camofire a few months back when they were offloading them for $75/dozen shafts. It was a steal and I only wish I'd have bought 4 dozen and been done buying arrows for a decade...
