Looking for decent 10x max scope with mil and adjustable turrets

I am shooting the Giselle gas gun match in Sept. I will shooting an AR in 223, the class has a max 10x optics. Targets are between 100 and 800 yds
I have a Leupold Mark AR 1.5- 4 MIL that I have been using for service rifle.
I feel like I will need some more magnification to go 800 yds.
I have a SWFA SS 10x gen 1 MOA that I was thinking about throwing on. But I am not loving the mildot reticle and MOA adjustment.
Any suggestions without breaking the bank. $500 max

Or...

Sell the 10x moa and buy the 3-9x for $600?
