Looking for a "Roller" to Knurl some ML Bullets?

Was looking for a way (easy) to Knurl ML Bullets and found someone using this Roller (see attached)
Wondering where 1 might find something like this, it looked easy to use and maybe getting more consitency?
Anyone know where to find such a roller?

Looks like a knurling tool intended for use with a lathe. You should be able to find one at a machinery supply like Grainger, McMaster/Carr or MSC.

Being this all new for me just looking at something as 2 Files is okay but being a "novice" Simple is best for me?

There’s a dude on Facebook that makes a Knurling tool. It gets mixed reviews.

Two files works just fine.

Here is the Video of the Roller I was looking for it is not simple sniping a simple picture from it.

From what the member referred a link is what I was hoping to get a more "consistent" results. Using 2 files is mention on a few forums but thought a Roller like what is use in this uTube Video would be a better way and trying to get the bullet in the right position each time but by just having between the 2 Rollers and rolling over a File should make Easy for a newbie. I get some have done this for years and have the right skills but for someone like myself and not sure how well it will turn was why I was asking.
Then I came across the amaozn lnk (above) but hard to know if those like some on amazon will even work?
Also Not a Facebook User so can't see what is on Facebook.

But these are more for usage with a Lathe and stuff like that like a machinist would use?
Guess there is a lot more to knurling ML Bullets.
Was hoping to find a way that is easy & consistent - guess that is never what happens with muzzleloading stuff?
Guess I will just allow my bullets be loose and hope for some good shooting results. Takes a lot just to do Muzzleloading the best right way... (for me anyway)

Knurling increases the diameter slightly and allows the bullet to grip a sabot better for more consistent spin up. I knurl (or order them knurled) all bullets that I shoot in sabots. This can make a big difference in saboted bullet groups.

Looks like loose bullet is a good thing when shooting a Knight DISC Extreme at least that is what I got from these experts posts so this okay. Then that is the way I will shoot. Knurling is not required? So Loose fit is the way I need to go - okay will do! Thanks

No, probably not - the body of the Thor is under bore size by a few thou. It’s the skirt that engages the rifling.

I've never seen any statistical testing of knurled vs non-knurled differences in accuracy/groups when shooting sabots. Generally speaking, if you have to knurl a bullet, you either sized it wrong (if sizing) or, you're using the wrong sabot for a specific bullet.

I no longer shoot the weakest link, but when I was shooting them, I never knurled bullets. There's no significant data, to my knowledge, where actual statistical testing was completed and the results proved knurled shot better groups than not with sabots.
I've shot many thousands of rounds using sabots back in the day and shot .5moa or less to 500yds using sabots, and not one bullet was ever knurled.

Knurl if you believe it improves your groups, to each his/her own. It's just one more example of what's really not needed.

Plus.................. you don't have to worry about a piece of the file breaking and imbedding itself in a bullet that you're going to send down and out your barrel. Don't say it can't happen, because shooters have had it happen.

There’s one guy that supposedly had that happen while very aggressively knurling (not lightly as 90 percent of us do) bullets years ago. He was trying to dramatically increase the OD he said.

I’d point out that one of our favorite bullet makers (Fury) offers a “sabot knurl.” I order all mine that way now for use with sabots.

As I said, there's more than one, and it can be perceived as one wants.........

Fury does offer knurled bullets. Why wouldn't they if some people want them? As a business man, you should know that.

Still.............. there's absolutely zero statistical proof that a knurled bullet in a sabot groups any better than a bullet not knurled. I've been around muzzleloaders since "73" and have not once, on many of the different muzzleloading sites, seen actual statistical testing.

If it works for you, that's great. However, a better fitting sabot will do the same.
