Could anyone point me in the right direction for an article or something that has to do with re intro of wolves into California especially OR-7 wolf and be credible and how it can be detrimental have to do a little write up for online class and have to cite some sources ie. Articles and such just so I can make a legitimate response on my stance on wolves and general

Have you tried googling it?

I just did, found the Cali state site on wolves, which had a paper linked and at the end of the paper was a literature cited that will take you endless places. Nook me 3 mins.

Please don't take me too much a smart ass, I taught college for 8 yrs and trust me you learning to find the info is the lesson.

Simply find the most recent article you can be n the subject and go to the literature cited and start finding the papers that interest you.

Pick up a copy of "a sand county almanac" by Aldo leopold, fantastic books that will open anyone's eyes....(ps sst he's the father of wildlife management)

Very best,

Ian

Good luck. Last time I wrote a report on that my college professor turned out to be an environmentalist. Needless to say she said I lied. Even with citations.

As far as I know there was no re intro for wolves in California, OR-7 was from a pack in northeastern oregon (wallowa region) that travelled into California. He no longer resides there an has found a mate and had pups in the lower cascade range in oregon.

The proto typical card anti wolf people pull is the Lolo unit in idaho and Yellowstone. Google those 2 and you will have plenty of ammo to hurl around your class, wether its credible is up to you....
