So the one complaint I have with this pack so far is that the left load lifter seems to always slide off the shoulder strap and rub against my neck. I have tried several different adjustments of the pack overall to try and make it better, but have had little improvement.

So in essence what is happening is the load lifter is shifting to the right after walking for awhile and begins to rub on my neck . If I manually grab the load lifter and put it back on top of the shoulder strap I am good for like another 45 mins or so. But then it happens again and again and again.

I thought the problem may be I had the right side of the pack cinched down tighter than the left, causing it all to shift to the right more. But I readjusted and this didn't seem to be the problem.

The only way I have been able to correct this so far is to wear my pack VERY high, and this didn't correct it as much as just avoid it making contact with my neck. Not sure what adjustments I should make to try and correct this, any suggestions are welcome. I am thinking maybe make the shoulder straps a couple inches or so shorter?

Has anyone else experienced this or something similar?

Yeah, it usually happens when I'm a bit too aggressive with my stern strap. It pulls the should straps towards the center and the load lifter attachment points on the shoulder straps to the center as well. Not really an issue as I loosen up the sternum strap some and it goes away. You can see around the 4 minute mark of the grizz hunt video that I nearly have the sternum strap too tight and it is causing that right (and the left to a lesser extent) load lifter strap to come close to my neck. I had just put on my pack and hadn't hiked with it to find tune it at that point. Wasn't bothering me just yet, but could see how it could happen. Also and more of a factor is I have the attachment point of the load lifter straps in this video too far forward (or down depending on how you look at it) on the shoulder strap. If I would move it back (or up) closer to the top of my shoulder that would alleviate that issue all together. I have since dialed this in. Nothing like hauling out real weight to work out the kinks :)

Try loosening the sternum strap some and see if that helps and making sure the load lifter attachemnt point on the shoulder straps come to the top of your shoulder.
Look at the 4:00-5:00 portion of the video and re-read what I said otherwise with just what I typed I'd be confused as to what I just wrote. :D

Hope that helps.
