I've tried eating liver from my first two elk, but finally gave up and leave it for the scavengers. I hope you find that you like it. Let us know how it turns out.

Wasn't fond of the first attempt. going to slice it alot thinner next time adn do the soaking bit. Also going to try one of the Pate reciepe.
