You selectively quoted me. I very specifically said "My rule of thumb is has someone been directly harmed or have they committed an infraction that has the potential to have generational effects." Shooting an animal without a tag and ultimately leading to harvesting more game than is sustainable does have potential generational effects. However, using a tag in the wrong unit, but within season does not have a meaningful long term impact on the health of the herd.

Sorry back to on topic. Exactly what is the threshold for someone to fall onto this list. This is all about rule breakers, so obviously we should have clear rules here? I sincerely hope it's not as disappointing as "the state say they bad."

I apologize, I'm not familiar with the term Sovern Citizen. Did you mean Sovereign Citizen? Admittedly, I'm not familiar with that one either. Based on the context, I'm assuming you're referring to anyone who believes the states doesn't have unlimited power, anyone who doesn't believe we should do exactly what the state says because the state says, and anyone who believes the state isn't God and legality doesn't equal morality. Did I miss anything?
