I know I'm a Newbie here on Rokslide and maybe my comments don't mean Jack Squat. We all went through this 10+ years ago when Obama was President. People have short memories. We're in this one now so it's too late, but once we get past this Ammo/Powder crunch (and we will) buy a bit here and a bit there. Don't wait for the next shortage/episode, cause it will come again. To those who purchase only to resell, ya outa be ashamed of yourself. I set up a Muzzleloader Elk hunt for my dad this fall and can't even find any Blackhorn 209 loose powder. It's ridiculous. I know the COVID Shutdown had a big part in this, but my goodness.
Some Scheels have your Blackhorn 209 in stock. Use this link to find which stores have it. Maybe you'll get lucky and will have a friend or relative that lives near one of the stores that has it in stock: https://www.scheels.com/p/blackhorn-209-powder/09479402110.html

Midway had Blackhorn on the 9th. Haven't seen it since. Here's an alternative: https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1013083060
Thanks so much. I have been checking the Scheels stores within 100 miles...nothing though. I did pick up a couple pounds of the 777 2FG the other day at a Mills Fleet Farm. I will have dad use this if we can't find the Blackhorn 209. The research I did kinda showed Blackhorn 209 is kinda the "Cats Meow" of inline muzzleloader powder. Oddly enough...the 777 was #2 so Dad definitely has something to propel the 270 grain Federal BOR Lock MZ's.

I'll keep checking these sights. Thanks so much!
