I have a marlin 357 that i really never do anything with. Just kinda bought it on a whim. Have an old .30-30 that i used 1 season and its been a safe queen since because its too old and nice i dont want to rough it up. But my .444 puts more meat in the freezer than any of my other guns. If youve already got a suppressor for it i think the threaded 45-70 would be the way to go. My 444 is suppressed. Lever gun doesnt have to be classy.
