Swatch was a big deal in the 80s when I was a kid. Seemed to have disappeared.
Went to Vegas a few years ago and the casino we stayed in had a Swatch shop, so I picked one up. That thing has been a work horse! Takes a beating, I lost it for a whole year in my storage unit. Boiling hot to freezing cold. Found in and it was fine.
Probably one of the better $100.00 buys I've made

Put on the new Nick Mankey Designs ‘Chrono Grip Single Pass’ onto the Pelagos 39.
I really like it so far. A lot higher quality than cheaper versions while still being half the price of an Erika’s Originals MN after shipping from Europe.

How do you like the security of the G style hook on the NM strap? The Watch Steward G-Series function the same, but I always wonder if I’ll hit it just right to knock out the hook from the sleeve. Doesn’t seem like that would be possible with the EO design J hook unless you wore the watch extremely loose.

That’s a valid concern. I also thought the same thing, so, I used my smooth faced Knipex pliers to slightly bend the titanium hook closed a bit. It’s now just enough closed that it’s a bit fiddly to fasten, but also takes concerted effort to remove it. I don’t see a case where it could be opened inadvertently, as if you pull on it, the downwards facing hook catches on the materials and prevents it from sliding through.
