Naw I still got some heavy hitters but they don’t relate to this thread lol. Already got accused of flexing so no need to post expensive watches.

It was nice to clear up some safe space and make some cash. I can’t see spending retail ad money in this economy and I think a lot of the watch bubble has busted for the expensive stuff.

Guys ain’t dropping 10-50k on watches like they were with COVID money and nothing to spend it on.

I just love watches lol.

Pretty sure I’m gunna gunna start building a few of my own with Ali parts and movements. They are like legos lol.

Turkey season starts so I will honestly lay off the watches for a while. Come January I already reevaluate the collection and see what I want or don’t want for the following year. It’s an addiction but cheaper and healthier the drinking!

If you’re flexing with expensive watches, then everybody on this form flexes with optics.

Soooo how does this one do? Well it makes me angry how much the bigger makers charge for watches and what I’ve spent over the years lol.

Anyone interested pm me, I will go over the finer details. But it’s a looker, runs +1 second a day and I didn’t regulate it, and the build quality is out of this world. For the whopping price of 220 ish bucks on their website

Anyone into these type of watches just buy 1-2. They offer a couple variants and their sister company Milifortic offers a black laqurerred dial, I will be picking one of those up at some point as well.

Because I don’t use winders, they are added wear and tear and sometimes don’t wear the watch for days, weeks, or months at a time.

Orient is incredible for the money for a dive watch, really good value, although they wear a tad big.

Vaers are good from my little time with them, basic micro brand. Decent eberything, nothing stealer, nothing terrible either, average I would say.

This baltany is the clearest domed cystal I ever seen seen. From cheap watches to 100k it’s the clearest domed hands down. No idea where the source the glass or what the do for ar coatings but it’s legit!

Over the last 4 days it’s gained 1-3 seconds and day and has averaged about 2 second a day. Nh38 seiko movement, bullet proof, simple, and if something happens like 50 bucks to replace instead of 3-5k for a Rolex in house movement.

The overall finishing and attention to detail is what sets the micros apart from box store brands imo. I’m fine with a homage with its own twist like baltany, Ginualt, Milifortic, vaer etc. Keeps it interesting.

You can’t get the baltany with a sw-200 for like 190 bucks more. Great movement accuracy wise, but never hand wind them. They will strip the clutch first time….ask me how I know. I honestly stay away from the since I rotate watches, but for a one watch, set it and forget you’re fine. They are very accurate often times running at cosc specs.
