7.25 pounds. How heavy is it with the LRHS on it?
Very nice!7.25 pounds.
Thanks man. This bbl’d action/scope combo has been in 3 different handles. This is the lightest version, but my favorite to shoot. It balances on the front action screw, is easy to shoot well, and not hard to spot shots with. The Blacktooth is a great design and very light.Very nice!
What height UM tikka rings are those?20” .308 Tikka CTR barrel fluted by Kampfeld. Local West TX buddy that owns Madman Muzzleworks did the chocolate brown Cerakote for me. Sucker hammers with 155 TMKs. Little flashier than he woulda gone but a very Form inspired build.

If you are patient you can generally pick up a used factory rifle for around 600 and then the sky is the limit but you could build a really nice rifle for around 1200 to 1500. It really depends on how far you want to take it. I just got a factory stainless 223 that shoots in the .3s and im not going to do much to it at all and it will shoot just as good as my $2000 rigs. You don't have to spend crazy money to build a nice rifle. You may have to be patient and wait for sales though.Out of curiosity what are these rifles costing you guys to build?

Stock Tikkas are also not $600 anymore. $900 seems to be the new normal.I was adding mine up the other day and it’s around $2,700 BUT I didn’t necessarily wait on any sales.

Whatever HVHA has in Ti parts, except the bolt stop. Those last few ounces weren’t the smartest money I’ve ever spent.Curious to know what Ti parts you are running to reach that weight. I should be close on my 20" 6.5 PRC build. Looking to shave weight where possible. I do see a Lumley bolt handle.
How do you like the Mesa over the roughtech stock? Thinking of throwing my 6.5 prc roughtech in a mess altitude or ag compositeNothing fancy Tikka Rough Tech 6.5 PRC

My experience with the Mesa is that it has a unique combination of recoil-exaggerating features. Would rather run factory plastic with vertical grip. How do you like the Mesa over the roughtech stock? Thinking of throwing my 6.5 prc roughtech in a mess altitude or ag composite
