I'm hoping I get the chance at a Blacktail that is as big as all the ones above. Mine are usually always smaller, but it's still meat in my freezer.

I shot that buck at 15 yards.... It looks flat in the pic... but if you've ever been to Alaska... nothins flat. Bowhunters paradise IMO... Love that place, I'll be back soon. Ed F

I did, he just missed making book. I can't recall the exact details other than he was just short. My best to date and the trip was one to remember and he will serve that purpose just fine, he was mighty tasty too. Blacktail is my favorite meat second only to sheep.
