Been out West since July 2011 and have fallen in love with it. My wife isn't impressed with my "need" for new/different gear though. I do wish I lived a little further north...maybe one day

Even my mailbox is 2 1/2 miles from my driveway. PERFECT!!! Surrounded by nothing but big beautiful Central Kansas native grass pastures. Grew up fishing and hunting on the family farms & ranches. Farm & Ranch hand (to this day) Professional Pilot, Instructor, Aircraft Mechanic, Drill rig technician/mechanic, trying to work my way back into ranching. Started chasing Elk 6 years ago in SW CO, learning more every day
