No. But got windy and didn’t have many options if I wanted to stay up high.

I have one similar but not nearly as much effort went into it as yours tho. NM Ibex, camping up high and the wind was screaming underneath the tarp walls…

Beautiful! Just curious, have you ever experienced any significant wind in your Fly Creek?

I have never been in extreme winds, but it has done ok in some pretty strong ones. Definitely not as stout as some other shelters out there but I’ve used it for years and love how lightweight it is.

I wouldn’t consider this one of my favorite camp photos, but here’s a couple of my Fly Creek in some pretty heavy winds about 12 years ago. To be fair, one of the guylines had ripped out, the night before these photos were taken, but the tent was failing prior to that happening anyway. That was the last time I used that tent.
