LESS Grippy Buttpad for M77?

Just picked up a brand new M77 Hawkeye. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a buttpad that's slicker than the gluetrap of a pad that comes with the gun. As a lefty shooting a RH rifle, my preferred bolt manipulation technique requires twisting the rifle in my shoulder a bit and this buttpad is making it difficult. Gun is a 6.5cm and will weigh ~10lbs with optic and can, so I'm really not worried if the new pad isn't soft.
