Not sure this will open up much land that isn't already open but there will be some localized positive benefits. For instance, being able to use a firearm on a few pieces of land that historically were archery only. I'm curious if this may bring discussion regarding Wyoming's wilderness laws for non-residents... probably not but worth tossing around.
