Leica amplus 3x18x44 on seekins element

I have a leica amplus 3x18x44. I'm buying a seekins element with a built in 20 moa pic rail. Going with seekins scope rings would the lows work or should I go with mediums.

I have the same scope mounted with .425” to bottom of the rings and it’s fine (m700, not Seekins and no 20 MOA rail). Only tight spot is using the Leica lens covers (Tenabraex). Everything still clears, but I needed to mount the eyepiece cover at an angle to not interfere with the retracted bolt.
