Taurus expedition?

I know it’s a Taurus and they haven’t had a stellar track record. But the feature set on the rifle seems pretty intriguing. I searched on here and I haven’t seen anyone mention it (probably with good reason).
Quick overview
-It’s a rem700 footprint +1 for stocks and triggers
-60° bolt throw
-3lug bolt head
-savage style barrel nut
-CHF barrel
-Polymer stock with mlok and spartan bipod integration
-aluminum pillar bedding

After looking into it further, that has to be total shipping weight. Cause on euroOptic it’s listed right at 7lbs bare rifle

I was always a Taurus hater but in the last couple years bought a GX4 and a TX22.
Both are excellent, high quality pieces and very happy for what I paid.

My wife has a G2c. Its had a couple thousand rounds through it. Never a single jam, FTF or any issues. There is a video on YouTube somewhere with a 6k round torture test and it never had a failure.

I had a G2c as well with no issues. Traded it for some other things. But I’m either gonna end up with a gx4 or a canik mc9.

As far as this rifle there isn’t much info. A few videos on YouTube with less than stellar accuracy. Idk if it is because they only tried certain ammo, all the videos I’ve seen as well have been with the 308 version not the 6.5cm. Don’t know if that will make a difference. Found one on gunbroker for less than $600
