Leg workouts as the season gets closer

Yuh huh! Good for carrying the bow and using the walkin' sticks. Trying to burn calories too and don't want to have strong legs and weak upper carcass.
 
Nik, I have had a lot of back issues and don't want to push it. I have flat feet, banged up knees and when I do abs my hips/back area cracks and creeks. I have a flat back and even though I am no doctor, and use proper form, I just can't risk it.
