Leg Day for Hunting

Hey everyone! Die hard backcountry hunter here. Also NASM certified personal trainer/Boston Qualifying marathoner. I am trying to put myself out there with some content simply just trying to help more guys out with their own fitness journeys. Here is a video I put together for my youtube channel that I wanted to share here.

Obviously there is more than one way to train for hunting. This hypertrophy style weight training I have found has helped me a ton (along with heavy backpack training, running, etc).
