Wondering what everyone’s favourite gym exercises are for mountain hunting

I just use Layne Nortans workout builder. Then I try and do an over nighter scouting on the weekends. Which gives me several miles of rucking.
I like Layne because leg day is usually twice a week. And there's no leg muscle untouched.

I picked up a used push sled, outside of actually hiking with some weight, this has been the best workout for getting my cardio and legs ready for the mountains. I don't go heavy, first 50 yard push feels like nothing, after 20 minutes I am dying.

The attack or airdyne fan bikes are great for getting your cardio up and getting your legs used to climbing.

I also try to walk 3+ miles a day at lunch or in the morning. Endurance is pretty important in Western Hunting.
