Truthfully I don't know that I have enough time in them to really give a conclusive review yet.. but I have some observations. I wore them shed hunting last spring from the hills of southern OH to around home in NY, then early fall scouting in PA mountains, then for some hunts in PA. Not sure the mileage but they feel broken in.

So far they seem to keep my feet drier from a perspiration standpoint. I believe this is due to the leather lining keeping my feet in a "cooler" environment compared to my GTX lined boots. If its hot out, I'm definitely reaching for these boots.
I seem to recall the break-in period was pretty long before they truly felt comfortable. But maybe that's a good sign of a long/ hard wearing boot... time will tell.
I do believe I had water penetrate one of the boots at the first eye loop of the toe during a stream crossing. I need to submersion test them to confirm. It happened so fast and given it was the beginning of a sit I didn't hold my foot in the stream to find out for sure. All I remember is feeling an icey cold localized feeling - like if you were to drip cold water on your sock covered foot, The eyes are tight and I've waxed them properly, so I'll be really disappointed if I have a leaker.
I had a bit of pinky toe rub on one side but that seems to have gotten better/ gone away with time. That's probably irrelevant to note for a review, as fit is very personal, but given the boot size/ width is the same as my Hanwag Tatras I found it odd. My Tatras fit perfectly (love those boots). I wear a 9 and went with Wide in the Yukons... I can't imagine how tight a regular width last would be for the avg guy... probably tight as hell.

Overall I like them... gonna get some more miles in them soon. I don't know if I would buy them again... yet... and that tells me something.
Thank you so much for all the information. I really appreciate it. This information is very helpful in helping me make the decision to purchase them.
