Lathrop vs sheep feet.

Anyone have either, then switch to the other and notice any difference? I’ve had Lathrop for about 4 yrs and still have some sore spots( probably need new ones by now) Not expecting to have no pain but thinking about switching to SF. I tried to get my wife some a couple years ago and the customer service was non existent for about 2 weeks after I ordered the foam imprints that came smashed from shipping so I kinda blew them off since you can call L&S and talk to the owners 1st call. Anyone have similar experience w/ SF or have they gotten better? Any insight appreciated

I think there are plenty of custom orthotics companies that'll answer the phone, provide equal or better product, and probably for less money.
