Last minute SD black hills tag?

Anybody ever had luck picking up a SD black hills tag the same week they go to hunt? My buddy and I missed the online application requirement to get it mailed in time and are hoping to make it out this weekend. Called F&G and they said you might be able to convince the license agent to do a last minute reprint of the license.

I've bought one online before and received it within a week or so but I think you'd be pushing it to have it by this weekend. I think you'll have to go by the main office to hunt this weekend.

I guess that's the plan then. Thought about trying to talk someone in Mitchell into printing me one but what's another hour drive when the weekend is at stake.

Thanks for the info! Ended up going through Pierre, got the tags, sat through 3 days of rain and got our birds the last morning before heading home.
