Kutana vs attack pants

Looking at these two pants as possibles for outer layer on a Montana November hunt with layers underneath and if stand hunting some sort of puffy pants on top.
I know there is a slight weight difference but does that translate to a significant warmth difference?
Also, would look to use these as just hiking pants when needed by themselves or layers.

Looking for feedback about durability, warmth, flexibility (I seem to bind in manly places with some pants) and wind/water resistance.

Or would neither be good and should I go with guide pants?

Every time I try a different pant, other than the Attack, I always go back to the attack. For me, they feel perfect, in warm and cool weather. Dry fast, have hip vents, quiet. IMO they are the perfect pant.

I agree with sivart, the attacks are my go to. Used them yesterday here in MT when it was 21 degrees out with a light baselayer underneath and was very comfortable. The ONLY reason I would look at the Kutana's would be a little heavier duty fabric. My attacks have several pulls in them from hopping deadfall and small thorn bushes. Good luck with your decision!

The attacks will be warmer. Regarding durability, the attacks will get "picked up" fairly quick if you spend much time in brush, but they are durable enough for me. They don't tear easy but I think thorny environments would be hard on them. I've been using the same pair for nearly 5 years. The fit seems to be a little less form-fitting with my attacks and they have a stretchier waistband, so you have more leeway with sizing. The kutanas are a very nice pant for moderate temp ranges, I've been in them this archery season. They stretch pretty good, but not as well as the attacks. They resist picking and abrasion well from what I can tell. For October Elk, I'll keep using the Kutanas if it's not raining much unless it's unseasonably cold in my area. I'm going to Montana as well this November, the Kutanas probably aren't going with me. Your guide pants are probably going to do better with wind and moisture and will obviously be warmer as well. Both Attacks and Kutanas are great hiking pants. I think I'd sweat too much in guides, but I've not used them at all. The Attacks are the most versatile pant I've ever used FWIW.

Good info folks, thanks. I think attack pants are the way to go for me, I like stretchy.
