I get the pants too. I don't like getting my pants soaked. IMO it's much better to have both.

The Dewpoin pack very small and yeah, most comfortable I have worn. But if you wanna save money look at the poncho tarps.

I own Kuiu and Sitka. Kuiu has some gray stuff but Sitka is far superior. Their stuff is just bullet proof and getting better.
