Kuiu.... hmmmm

Walmart Wrangler cargo pants.
Which model?

I bought a pair of the ATG Cliff Side Utility Pant, liked the fit and bought three more pairs. Half a day hiking through moderate brush and they were piled up like crazy. Keep wondering if I bought the wrong model...

They're okay but not nearly as nice/durable as my Tiburon pants, which are the only Kuiu piece I have. Nice work pants though.

I do like that Outdoor Vitals is focusing on some hunting apparel lines. Same with the potential future Argali stuff. If they make good stuff and it fits I'll lean that way over Kuiu, FL, etc.

Cox is a liberal left wing owner of the Atlanta Journal. Horrible paper that regurgitates The NY Times and Washington Post and any other outlet that prints disparaging information on our current administration. President of the paper spent 7 years prior at CNN. My money will not go to Cox ( Kuiu)

Its fascinating how people align with certain brands and make it part of their identity. How many of us still watch the NFL and they are actively trying to rip this country apart. The ultimate goal of every NFL team is to make money, yet most Americans put their team on the same level as their religion. At the end of the day every company is try to separate you from your money, and there is nothing wrong with that. Sorry I know off topic but somehow I see a connection with how we as consumers identify with some businesses such as Kuiu and the NFL.

How are people going to know you’re a death dealer if your don’t take your wife out to dinner in your Kuiu puffy?

Pretty sure Jesus would be rooting for the Seahawks tonight though… Just sayin’…

Due to my age and my Kuiu clothing inventory, I can honestly say I don’t need anymore Kuiu.( have several items still in thier packing bags. Whether the company turns South or not, is irrelevant to me, because I know all mine are from better days. I remember being in Jason’s garage, when he was moving product out of it, his first year of Sitka. And as of now, before any quality changes, if you have owned Kuiu, you knew the old saying, “you get what you pay for”. And as for most naysayers, classic Kuiu dissonance; if you can’t afford it, you bash it.

It’s time for hunters to embrace articles of clothing made out of North American wild fur and locally grown wool. Can’t beat natural and no corporate conglomerates to ruin it!

As I mentioned in another post on this topic. You cannot fight every thing and boycott it, as many have stated that we use every day things that support messed up things. However, you can choose to boycott or fight what is held close to most of the public land and fishing communities, which is access to the land and water. If Montana was to lose that fight and have a billionaire overturn a public easement it would continue down the line and they would try and close easements we use for access to NF etc. (Already happening). I am sure once those got taken away we all would be on Rokslide complaining how crowded the one trailhead was.
Exactly
You can choose to turn a blind eye and saying that every brand has people like this but in reality that is a cop out to peoples laziness to give 2 shits about where their money goes.
