AK Troutbum, I've wondered the same thing many times myself. Given that some items and sizes are very hard to get at certain times, a guy could buy them on the sale and make up the 30% later. On the other hand, it's a hassle and plenty of work just to make several hundred or even a thousand dollars. I finally decided I didn't care, but it would be a bummer for those who can't find what they want if they knew some dude was buying it up for a resale.
I ordered one day ahead of the official 30% sale as an i.c. member and received my stuff yesterday Tuesday. I ordered a full set of Yukon and 3 pairs of Peloton gloves. I'd never even seen the Yukon until mine arrived. I am impressed with the stretch and functionality it has. I won't be able to really use it hard until my next Alaska hunt, but I can tell it's built for tough sledding. The Peloton gloves fit and feel great, but I quickly found out they are not at all wind resistant. My hands got cold sitting in a treestand with a 52F breeze blowing. I'll use them when I don't need much warmth. Glad I didn't pay the normal $29+ for them.
