Looking at the new mandrake stuff from Kryptek and saw that the Einar softshell and the Dalibor is described the same way. Are they the same gear only in different patterns, or are they completely seperate clothing line?
I noticed that too. I came to the same conclusion as you although it was odd that it seemed that was the only piece where they renamed it based on color.
It has a windproof layer is the biggest difference. For some reason they didn't update the product discription so I know idea if it's waterproof like first lite soft shell the northbranch. I'm pretty sure it is replacing the dalibor though
Anyone know if they are still using the same manufacturing company? My Dailbor pant started to fall apart on my first trip. Hope to hear from them soon to seen if they will replace them. The mandrake pattern matches well here in SE Alaska but I'm going to hold off and see how they handle my dailbors falling apart.
Correct, the Einar is replacing the Dalibor. Biggest change is the advantage of being wind proof. Almost, I am sure Kryptek will take care of you and your stitching issue.

I think they will replace them as well. They have actually contacted me to provide their warranty info which I already had. Nice to have them reach out though.
How quiet is the Einar compared to the Cadog?
And weight difference between the two?
The Cadog is quiet as they come, but mighty bulky and heavy.
I need a softshell to throw on over a puffy for stationary work, and wear alone in cooler weather active, but it NEEDS to be quiet even when brushing against thick elk jungles.
