Has anyone had real world experience with these? How do they work in low light?

Excellent binoculars, the extra glass makes a difference at dusk. They are alpha tier, dont have tripod fitting though at 8.5 x unlikely needed. Doesnt have edge sharpness of swarovski but acceptable.

I have the 8.5s and the 10.5s. Can't think of anything better for the price range. If I ever upgrade it will be for NL pures.

I don’t have experience with the 8s but I do have the 10.5s and they are bad ass.
My eyes get sucked right in and I can glass for hours.
Insanely clear image, natural tones, no CA, great depth of field.
I’ll take the weight penalty.

But best to try before you buy, everyone’s fave and eyes are different and like different things.

Yeah they are hefty. All depends on deal you get. The NL are also heavy
