Komifornia does it again!

People will just go out of the state to get what they want.

When I got my mower I went into Medford and got a non CARB mower. It was $200 cheaper, more reliable non CARB and I paid no sales tax.

CA government is idiotic.

Hopefully the crazy climate cultists won’t report you.

I think everything 25hp and under is going to be a no go. 26hp and up is good to go.

Live in a desert with minimal water resources, an expanding population and grow a big lush yard that needs irrigation. Makes sense.

How many horse power do the longer bar chain saws make? It would be just the thing for the dems to do to eliminate the necessary tools for forest fire mitigation while our state is in a drought and suffering from unprecedented forest fire activity. Just stupid…

I would think anything connected with the government is exempt?

Nowhere close to 25hp! Most are under 5 or 6 hp,

Although Darrel Lance Abbott AKA Diamond Darrel AKA Dimebag Darrel and Vinnie Paul came out of Texas. I'll give Texas that.

Not to derail this thread too much but it is amazing how with all the water shortage talk cities are not eliminating ornamental grass. Here they are talking about spending billions on ways to get more water while we spread millions of gallons on grass. For what?

Many people I know in CA have already done that, or at least downsized the grass greatly. Funny part is, where I grew up it's the municipalities that continue to maintain the largest lawns in the area

Links?

Did it for you:

This will be great for people using generators and chainsaws for fire mitigation on rural properties, well done again CA...don't miss you at all...
