I know this is a old thread but damn that's some customer service there.

Start talking to and/or working with the K staff and it's easy to see where your money goes. Haven't met or dealt with anyone in the shop that hasn't gone above and beyond for me. Excellent quality gear aside, their passion for customer service is above anything I've ever seen in all my years.

I spent my $1,300 last month with confidence. Now if I could just get some unit 1 Idaho spring bear tips out of aron! I've listened to a lot of podcasts with aron and there is no doubt that he's a legit good guy out to help the common man.

I have had good luck with their CS so far in regards to any questions I have had.

Honestly, the one thing I have found that annoys me with Kifaru is the cost of shipping. They charged me 18 bucks for UPS ground for a very light, smallish package from CO to AZ. No offense, but its 2017. You dont need to make money off me on shipping charges.
