Does anyone else notice that some accessories are a different color of foliage that others. I had an original grab it and I could have sworn it was green even though I was told by who I bought it from it was foliage, it finally bugged me enough I sold it and bought a grab it II hoping that the color would be the same but it was like the original and it is green. Also when I got the new bottle pocket it is the green color of the grab it. So... are these inconsistencies and I just got unlucky or some items just more green? Anyone know?

I wish the bags all had the hint of green to them. I LOVE the color of the accessories in Foilage. The bags and lids for the most part are always a "frost grey" while the accessories have that hint of green in them.

Ha I am the opposite. I hate that green. My nomad bag, bikini frame and belt pockets are all that awesome foliage gray color.

I've run into the same thing. My lid is much greener than the T1 bag. It bugs me sometimes and other times not so much. Definitely different lots of fabric and I much prefer the grayer foliage color. Maybe when I bite the bullet and get the new AMR I'll get another lid and tell them to look and make sure the lots match.

Weird. All the 500 denier stuff would be the same you would think. So do you guys think one folliage grab it might be different color than other foliage grab it or are all the foliage grab its that green color?

Do you guys also match your belt and boots? ;-) So long as my bag and lid both hold stuff, I don't worry about them being from different dye lots.

I used to at one time but a buddy and I got all dressed up and went to a decent club to see if we could pick up some women. We were both ups drivers at the time and In pretty good shape. We're having no luck making time with the ladies and we were baffled. About an hour into the evening a chick walks up to us and says in a questioning but accusatory way " you guys are gay right ? Cause your belts match your shoes and clothes ..." we drove across town to the house and changed into jeans and old tees and went back and all was well and if I remember correctly I think we both hooked up. Moral of the story is maybe it's better that the lids and grab its don't match the bags so we don't look gay like the dudes at the trail head in all verde head to toe.

My Longhunter Standard G2 pack with cargo seat and grab-it in foliage were all a good match, color wise. It is probably my favorite color for a hunting pack.

It's as crazy to me that some of you guys don't care as it is to you that I do. When 6 or 7 hundred dollars of gear shows up and the colors are different I get so pissed I start listing on ebay or classifieds.

I definitely see differences in the foliage color with my stuff. Some of it is very apparent.

Even see changes in coyote brown as well with different pieces.

Slightly different from batch to batch of fabric is my understanding. It doesn't bother me.

Another thing to keep in mind is fabric weight, especially when talking about the grab it. 1000d has been darker for me, than boh my older, greener timberline and on my e&e. My belt pouch looks grey on the back of my foliage e&e.

Still doesn't really bother me all that much. All the highlander stuff matches nicely though.

I can see a difference between my newer stuff and older stuff but it doesn't bother me at all. As long as it functions as it should I couldn't care less about how it looks.
