Everything is in good condition, pack has had meat in it, but is washed and ready to go.
Xpac Organizer guide lid, large and medium xpac pouches. The duplex lite frame in the photos is not included due to shipping costs from Alaska, unless a buyer wants to split shipping, in which case we can work that out as well. All items total $605 new not including shipping.

Been contributing this setup to replace my fulcrum but I really like the ing flaps on my fulcrum for rain gear, spotter, and tripod

I don’t dislike it at all, it’s one of my favorites. A smaller bag is going to suit my needs better, Bedlam or something similar.
