Well here goes...
I switched from a physical job to being a desk jockey 10 years ago and I have put on weight and I was always a bigger guy. I have been working out in the morning at home but basically just going through the motions with no real program or set goals. This is obviously not working. I avoided the lifts and exercises I don't like. I needed a structured plan and something that will force me to do the things I hate. If its part of the program ill do it. Just looking through the first workout for tomorrow and this thing is going to kick my ass!! Should be worth it!
