Has anyone ordered from this company to replace the felt on Mathew’s rests that can’t seem to stay on for more than a year? I watched a couple videos and it seemed legit so I ordered, it’s been a week and a half and still no shipping notification. Sent them an email via their “contact us” and didn’t receive a response. Wondering if they went out of business or something?

I ordered the pad for the shelf a month or so ago and It took a week to ship.
Maybe try messaging their social media? Seems a lot of places are more responsive on there anymore

They aren’t the fastest at shipping and their customer service is questionable but there isn’t a better replacement product out there for the felt.

Ive got it on my Mathews and it works great! Its a very good design, way better than the crappy felt that comes with MX2 rest.
