They have auction tags set aside need to go no better then outfitter set asides that most on here didnt like when wyoming propsed it
talk about irony we dont want outffitters to have set aside tags but lets have auction tags that only the top less then 1 percent have a chance at.....

But it's more about a chance to get a opportunity at a tag they have zero chance with auction tags for most.
Who's grasping looks like you. raffle tags would bring more interest in sheep like it or not. It will give more a opportunity at a chance vs just setting aside tags for the highest bidder.
The average sportsman when sheep tags are no longer will still be supporting sheep through local licenses sales of other species and added fees for forest service use permit and what ever else is dreamed up in the future the rich auction tag buyer will check out can't buy my kill permit will move on
Nearly every state has a raffle tag for sheep fyi, typically the mega rich still get them.
