You should do some testing...
For me, it takes 6 grams of fuel to boil 2 cups (16oz) at an ambient temperature of 50 degrees. I also weigh mine regularly after use to determine how much fuel is left in them and I will mark it accordingly.
FYI, a 100g canister has an empty weight of 94g and the 230g canister weighs 126g empty.
In your case: 12 days x 2 meals per day x 6g/meal = 144g of fuel. I would bring a single 230g canister or two 100's.
