Another option instead of a youth gun would be an AR-10 with an adjustable stock like alot of AR guns have. I got my daughter one when she was 11 or 12 in 7mm-08 and it has been a deer killing machine for her. You just press a button and adjust the stock, it is a great option for kids and something she could use forever if she wants to.
