ISO gunsmith that could finish Octagon Barrel

I have a customer that has a .358 blank that has the octagon roughed out. It has front and rear sight bosses too. Polishing the surfaces and finishing the sights is out of my interest. So I'm looking for someone that has experience with is kind of work. I'll be the one fitting and chambering it. Just will need it polished and blued.

Man, Id charge a pretty penny/hr for nothing but polishing and rust bluing. Or is it really, really rough? Mcgowan advertised machined octagon barrels, they might know if they dont do it. Theres a few shops that specialise in a google search. But interested just for curiosity. Turnbull lists all sorts of stuff like that and I know some shops farm out finishing to them.

He's been doing some good work like this.

I'm not set up to blue yet, but I could polish the barrel and have it blued.

I can't take credit for the entire rifle, I did the stocks and polishing before blue on this Dakota #10.
