Preach . I couldn't agree more. Even though I'm using NL 12s I think your right about the 10s also. FOV is king for finding deer.
The clarity and light gathering on 10x NL's is so phenomenal I don't know what the benefit of the 52 is. I've never used big objective low power binos before to know if they are in fact better but I don't feel like there's a weakness to the original 10x NLIm in the same boat. Any thoughts of switching to the 10x52s? I’ve proved many times that clarity beats magnification. Low light clarity on the 10x with that 52mm objective may outperform the 12x mag…plus greater fov.
