Is the leupold cds dial worth it?

I’ve got a few scopes with this capability, i have yet to order a CDS dial though. I did call them and if you give them all your data they will cut it to your specs. As in 300 yards is 5 clicks, 400 yards is 11 clicks and so on. They will do it to your actual data.

Just use the MOA turret.

I feel like the value of CDS is seriously reduced with on board ballistics included on most rangefinders today. I had a custom turret made 5 years ago and it was fine but frustrating to change ammo and be out $80. It was also a few clicks off at sea level versus 8,000 feet where I was hunting at 500 yards.
