is it my scope or loads? 98% good, 2% fail @ 100 yards

Engine builders lubricate all the internal critical fasteners. Hope you didn't do that. Most people say absolutely dry, and a little spot of locktite blue.

You could put the bullets in backwards and hit a road sign at 50 yards. Doubt it's the load.

Did you pound your shoulder and start a flinch?

Can't you read? It's impossible for him to flinch, or have form that's less than perfect.

Its clearly a troll job.

The response he posted from Facebook was from a dude asking about his 350 Legend and was getting a true flier. It would drop a random shot low a couple inches. That could be something with a slight variation in the reloading process.

Some great advice here…totally disappointed that in 8 pages of posts no one pointed out the obvious. You should move from California as soon as you can. You own your own business, rent and can hardly get by. That’s the worst thing going on in this post.
