The solids are supposed to be much quieter, that’s why they made them. But honestly I never noticed any sound with the vented. Maybe it’s because my surroundings were always kind of loud.

Yeah; I’d be just as happy with the venteds...but some people have mentioned that they make a whistle in flight. Again, I’ve never heard it. And even if I did, it doesn’t bother me one bit; has no bearing on an animal in a hunting situation in my opinion.

My Solids make plenty of whizzle. I don’t think you’d find any head with bleeders not whiz.

Btw,,,, it’s never caused an animal to jump my string.
