Do you know what a data broker is?
Do you how you're being bucketed and sold?
From nearly every company you have an account with.
Companies dont readily disclose who and how they sell your info.
The privacy policy has ensured they dont have to tell you.
I dont know how or if onx sells your data. Apple for sure does monitize your data.

I would say they do what most companies do, sell it to advertisers that are looking for a demographic based off what you do, i don’t think they are selling waypoints for elk and deer hunters.

They aren’t doing anything with any of your personal data.

They are aggregating and anonymizing. So if you're dropping blood tracks or posting "big bull" on waypoints, those are easily aggregated by OnX. Pretty amazing what even amateur data scientists can do with lots of data. It would be easy to filter out successful hunters from Texans.

Tried it out yesterday and worked real slick with the Mrs. Will keep the zoleo for packer help as not everyone will have this option with their phone. It also was much quicker than my zoleo.
