Update: I have been wearing a copper type compression strap all day, and let my elbow sit for almost week with no BT release. I have been shooting daily with the index wrist strap. No pain. SO I got out my new Carter Just B Cuz, thumb release. I have shot 2 days straight with it and no pain.
I am taking above advice to limit myself and not over do it, so I only shot 3 sets of 6 arrows each.
I like the thumb best of all releases I have and I have a herd of them. I plan to hunt with this if my elbow remains healthy.
I am not laying the back of my hand on my face no more and keeping it more at an angle and watching how I draw to ensure it isn't all arm muscles- at least I think I am.
All my other BT releases required the lever to be held down to draw, but this one , as you all know, requires it not be held down til time to fire. That took some getting used to, but my groups with this are even better than with the revolution. Pretty sure I will sell my Carter hinge Honey 2.
