Indoor/outdoor camera with free app

Can anyone give a recommendation for an indoor/outdoor live camera with a free app so I can watch the driveway and my pooch in the house?

Ring doorbell/spotlight cameras are pretty easy to set up and are free if you only want live view. Saving videos, storing videos, etc costs a monthly subscription.

I’m actually in the process of converting my home security system over to all Reolink cameras. They are POE (Power over Ethernet) and will be wired into a local NVR (network video recorder). Once I have that all setup, I’ll have higher quality cameras, ability to save and store video, object detection, etc. all without a monthly fee. Higher startup cost and installation. But worth it for me.
