Can I have an Idaho resident pickup/purchase a returned tag for me? I am a non resident.
My buddy lives there and was wondering if this could be done. I could not find it in the Idaho book.

I’d call a regional office. Best one, IMO to help is the Lewiston one. They are good people.

Bought them all sorry, glad they made all the changes to stop the 20 residents from being able to buy a fishing license at 10am to keep things running smoothly. Can’t wait for the 300k “people” that crash the system next year. What a joke.

Its because the tag has been promised to me......
